Mousa Dembele and Son score for Tottenham early against Bournemouth (VIDEO)

Spurs, who have scored two goals in the opening 19 minutes, are once again showing why they’re the best home side in the Premier League.
Mousa Dembele has looked threatening from the start of the match and gets his just desserts by scoring his first goal in 47 games to give Spurs a 16th-minute lead against Bournemouth.
Heung-Min Son doubled the home team’s advantage only three minutes later with another masterful finish. It is Son’s fourth consecutive game with a goal, the South Korean heating up at exactly the right time.
Dembele almost opened the scoring minutes earlier, when his venomous drive from outside the box was saved well by Artur Boruc. The Belgian international made good on his threats from a 16th-minute corner. He was inexplicably left unmarked and Dembele punished Bournemouth for their early defensive lapse with a punishing drive from close range.
Three minutes later, Eric Dier created the Bournemouth turnover which led to a nifty Harry Kane back heel to put Son through clear on goal. Son finished the ease, showing the confidence he’s been playing with in recent weeks.
Son has scored 19 goals in all competitions and is the only South Korean to score10 or more goals in a Premier League season.
Tottenham have started brightly to the match and deserve their early two-goal lead. Spurs are vying for their 12th consecutive – and 15th overall – home win. The north Londoners are looking to close the gap at the top of the table to four points.
With seven games remaining, every point is vital as Spurs try to reel in Chelsea. The Blues have a difficult task ahead on Sunday when they travel to Old Trafford.
