26. Lee Young-pyo

Stats: 91 appearances

At the time of signing Lee Young-pyo, manager Martin Jol proclaimed the South Korean international as the best left-back in Holland after playing for PSV Eindhoven for two seasons. Upon his arrival to north London, Lee became an immediate hit with the team and supporters alike.

Lee Young-pyo was a part of a Tottenham defense which had only conceded the fourth lowest goals during the 2005-06 season. Knee injuries would officially end his time with Tottenham, but for a three-year spell with the Lilywhites, Lee was a good signing.
