Others have been fortunate enough to play in the Premier League. Tottenham is a club who can bring lower league players to their team.
With Mauricio Pochettino and Paul Mitchell overseeing the club’s squad. They’ve come up with two main criteria to help bolster their squad but doing so in a cost-effective way. Which is to procure young English talent to help continue building for the foreseeable future. In a way, signing Dele Alli from MK Dons of League One was just the start for Tottenham’s new way of doing business in the transfer windows.

Tottenham haven’t stumbled upon a new formula of bolstering their club by signing young English talent from their own youth academy. Or even signing players from the Football League Championship, League One or League Two divisions.
