Tom Carroll (23) – Central Midfielder
What was once a promising talent, Tom Carroll’s time may be running out.
For the 2014-15 season, Carroll would be loaned to Premier League club Swansea City but unfortunately not make much of an impact. Along with not being a starter for much of the season, he would also be injured to end his loan spell.
In total, Tom Carroll made 19 appearances with 13 games being featured in the Premier League. His ’14-’15 stats reflect the rough season that he endured.

While his time may be dwindling to make the starting eleven, Ryan Mason needs a central midfield partner to get some rest here and there. That partner should be Tom Carroll and from his link-up play with Harry Kane in the post-season tour, now would be the time to make it into the first team.
