Tottenham Hotspur are pushing hard after Savinho a year following their inability to secure the Manchester City winger to transform their attack across from Mohammed Kudus, who did at least work out swimmingly well on the right hand side before a season ending injury.

Savinho and Morgan Gibbs-White are two clear dream targets for Spurs to resume pursuing in the summer 2026 transfer window after disappointingly failing to sign either in2025, but even as Spurs have to make wholesale changes to multiple attacking positions, the clear priority for Spurs overall needs to be goals.

Only Richarlison was able to notch double digits in the Premier League for Tottenham last season, and he wasn't at the level of a starting Premier League striker for a top team himself, lacking in dribbling quality and creativity.

Roberto De Zerbi is high on an unexpected name

Tottenham desperately need a new striker to upgrade from Richy, Dominic Solanke, and failed loan signing Randal Kolo Muani. Finally, Spurs are being concretely linked to two players at the No. 9, but most fans wll be thoroughly underwhelmed with these players.

Per a report from Spurs insider @szyexcl, PSG are offering another flop of a striker to Tottenham Hotspur this summer in Goncalo Ramos, who is nearly as bad of an option as Kolo Muani. Meanwhile, a former PSG and Premier League striker is on the radar of Tottenham, as Roberto De Zerbi has apparently placed Fiorentina star Moise Kean on his wish list at the position.

Kean was a decent player for PSG after reviving his career from a failed move from Juventus to Everton in England, but then he was terrible again in his return to the Bianconeri. In 2024/25, Kean revived himself and helped Fiorentina shine in Serie A again, scoring goals and using his frame wonderfully for the Viola, scoring goals like a top striker.

But last season, Kean regressed once more, struggling mightily as Fiorentina nearly found themselves relegated until Fabio Paratici jumped ship from Tottenham to Firenze to help make the moves that saved the historic Italian side from a Serie B fate.

Moise Kean has his positives, but he is streaky, probably going to be expensive, and does not really have future upside. Meanwhile, Goncalo Ramos isn't even someone Roberto De Zerbi wants. He has a big frame, but he is stiff, a mediocre finisher, and can't get around defenders. Tottenham would be much better off looking elsewhere.
