3. Andy Turner (17 years, 4 month, 23 days)

Midfielder Andy Turner was signed by Tottenham Hotspur in 1992 after he had finished school. Soon after, he was given his Premier League debut in the first official season of the competition. He started a bland 0-0 draw against Southampton. Interestingly enough, a month later Andy Turner became a record breaker during his time at Tottenham, scoring against Everton to be the division's youngest ever goal-scorer at the time.

However, Turner never really lived up to his expectation. Unfortunately for Tottenham fans, the youngster who came through the youth academy spent most of his time on loan and never truly settled at any club as he was transferred a total of 22 times throughout his career. A journeyman, you could say.

Still, he makes this list as the third youngest player to ever play for Tottenham in the Premier League, but who's next?
