How Tottenham Hotspur will line-up against Marseille in UCL

Tottenham Midfield to battle Marseille
Like the forwards, where we are projecting one change, we also expect one change in the midfield.
Left wing-back – Ivan Perisic
Ivan Perisic has already spent time in the starting line-up and coming off the bench this season. Given the Croatian’s pedigree and European experience, starting him in the club’s opening Champions League game seems only natural, with the more defensive option in Ryan Sessegnon being saved for the weekend.
Central-midfield – Rodrigo Betancur
Rodrigo Bentancur missed the West Ham match a week ago, but he returned and was in fine form to face Fulham and will again start for Spurs in the midfield. Bentancur worked hard to keep play in front of him against Fulham and will look to do the same against Marseille midweek.
Central-midfield – Pierre Hojbjerg
Playing some of the best football of his career, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg is one of the first names on Conte’s team sheet. Making more forward passes and contributing more with two goals already this season, Hojbjerg is becoming a true box-to-box warrior.
Right wing-back – Emerson Royal
Coming off of a solid performance against Fulham, Emerson Royal continues to hold down the right wing-back position. Royal has been excellent defensively all season and is slowly adding more attacking threats to his game. The Champions League is a great place to show that talent.
