All round lacklustre displays from 0-0 draw: Tottenham player ratings

Midfield
Harry Winks 5/10
Competent without being exquisite, Harry Winks didn’t do anything particularly badly. However, nor did he make an indelible impact. But he rarely does. He connected with Son on a sweet, stretching cross-field pass in the first half, which the South Korean ballooned over from a difficult volley attempt.
Giovani Lo Celso 7/10
Giovani Lo Celso is finding his feet in the Premier League, offering more sustained stretches of why the club paid invested so much in him. Confident on the ball, Lo Celso helped dictate proceedings when Spurs were in possession. He is also proving to be tenacious on the defensive side of the ball, tackling back and relentlessly hounding his opposite numbers.
Erik Lamela 3/10
The Argentinian struggled to make a solid impact on proceedings. Like a number of his colleagues, his best minutes were early. After the opening 20 minutes Lamela was largely ineffective, unable to execute any telling passes. He didn’t have any threatening attempts, other than a skewed sliding effort at the death, on target either. His yo-yo like persona is incredibly frustrating, as a quality performance is often followed by subpar one. He almost scored in the dying minutes but was poor throughout.
