Pro 5 - Finishing 5th

Fitting that the fifth pro is the fact Spurs finished there. Whilst plenty had their sights on a top four finish, particularly after the electric start to the season, fifth is still a very respectable campaign with everything contextualised and taken into consideration.

Spurs lost their best player and all-time top scorer a day before the season started, didn't even sign a striker to replace and still managed to finish three places higher than the 22/23 season.

Spurs lost James Maddison and Micky Van De Ven from November-January. They had Son, Bissouma and Sarr represent their countries mid-season. Context is always required.
