Tosin Adarabioyo

While definitely on the shortlist, Adarabioyo is Tottenham’s third and least-preferred option. The 25-year-old would cost between £15 and £30 million. Various clubs are interested in the Englishman, including Rennes and Monaco.

He makes about £41,000 weekly, even more than Tapsoba. That offers a glimpse into the higher average salaries Premier League players earn compared to those in the Bundesliga.

His contract at Fulham expires at the end of the 2024 campaign, so the Cottagers are looking to cash in, preferably during the current transfer period.

His stats are marginally better than van de Ven’s but they have entirely different styles. van de Ven is more proficient with the ball at his feet, while Adarabioyo is an excellent and robust defender, especially in one-on-one situations.

Next. Tottenham not interested in selling Kane. dark

Adarabioyo’s status on Spurs’ desirable list will elevate if the club cannot come to terms for Tapsoba or van de Ven. Otherwise, he will remain an option but nothing more, a likely outcome.
