2. Ruben Amorim
Ruben Amorim is similar in several ways to Arne Slot. The 38-year-old is a highly touted manager thanks to his results at Sporting Lisbon. He won the Portuguese league title with Sporting in 2020-21, their first in 19 years.
What made the accomplishment even more improbable and impressive was having to navigate a massive turnover of players.
Unfortunately for Spurs, Amorim has three years left on his Sporting contract. He also has a £13 million release clause, making his leaving more unlikely.
