By now everyone knows about Tottenham’s miraculous comeback win over Leicester on Wednesday. Now we get to see what type of lift the emotional high of such an improbable victory will provide. It was a 79-second span that brought an entire club closer together.

Steven Bergwijn was on the chopping block, ready to say his farewells before scoring two goals in 79 seconds. Now he’s a Tottenham player, most likely for the foreseeable future. That kind of intense, evocative collective experience can have a resounding impact on strengthening cohesion.
