4. Davinson Sanchez

Davinson Sanchez is a man reborn under Conte’s guidance. The Colombian centre back has established himself as one of Tottenham’s most stable defenders, a statement that would have been seen as an oxymoron but a few months ago.

Another player whose Tottenham future was in serious doubt, Sanchez has eradicated the erratic behaviour which made him enemy number one in north London. His athleticism has turned from liability into strength and he has even chipped in with two goals since Conte arrived on the scene, one of which a dramatic late winner against Watford.

Sanchez, thanks to the hamstring Cristian Romero suffered on international duty, has made the most of his opportunity to crack the first team.
