Schedules are an interesting thing in sports and the new Tottenham Hotspur fixture list includes several back-to-backs that will impact the top half of the table.

Sometimes it is not so much who you play in sports, it is when you play them. This past season, things were looking very positive for Tottenham after Spurs took 7 points out of nine from Manchester City, Chelsea, and Arsenal over three consecutive weeks in the season.

The point is that the timing of playing certain teams can have a major impact on a season. To this end, the newly released Premier League schedule presents some unique challenges. The Lliywhites will have six pairs of back-to-back matches that are going to make or break the Tottenham season in the league.

Here are the six teams and the six back-to-backs that can be the difference between another sixth placed finish and top four next season.
