Who is calling the shots at Tottenham?

Is it Daniel Levy? Is it Steve Hutchin? Or might it be Fabio Paratici, who has not even visited N17, only hosting the brass down to Italy for grapes? There are varying reports about how real the Paratici rumors are as well as answering the important question about how much power will Paratici have.

Is Daniel Levy really willing to concede some power on the footballing side of things? If so does it change anything financially?

This second point is our problem. Even if Daniel Levy concedes control and authority to Hutchin, Paratici, or Harry Kane himself, does that change anything regarding the funds that do or do not exist for rebuilding the team.

If Tottenham is simply bringing someone in to be pulled by Levy’s strings or hampered by Levy’s needs then what is the point? Spurs need to figure out who is calling the shots and quick, as there are two big shots to call!
