Match-ups that are going to decide Tottenham vs Wolves
By Aaron Coe
Which goalkeeper shows they still have it
Two of the most experienced and oldest players on the pitch for Tottenham and Wolverhampton will be the goalkeepers. Hugo Lloris is 34 while Rui Patricio is 33, however that has not stopped the two-shot blockers from each playing all 35 matches and 3150 minutes for their respective teams thus far this season.
Both Patricio and Lloris are renowned for their reflexes and shot-stopping ability. Lloris is likely the more consistent of the two against longer shots, while Patricio is the better passer.
Despite giving up six more goals at 47 on the season, Patricio is only 1 behind Hugo Lloris with 10 shutouts on the year. The Frenchman has 11 clean sheets coming into the game and has conceded 41 goals thus far.
Will we see another keeper as the player of the game?
Wolves have given Tottenham fits over the last few seasons and much of that success has been down to the play of Patricio in goal. The goalkeeper that comes up with more big moments on Sunday will be the goalkeeper of the side most likely to win.
