Tottenham Hotspur Projected XI to face City in the League Cup Final

Tottenham Starting Attack
The big question of course is whether or not Harry Kane goes and we actually have him somewhere that neither Jose Mourinho nor Mauricio Pochettino had the gumption to put him, which is in reserve. Kane should be held out as long as possible but be available assuming he can play. With Kane on the bench, we see three familiar names on the sheet.
Son – Left wing
Heung-Min Son converted the 90th-minute penalty to give the Lilywhites the win midweek versus Southampton. The South Korean had scored previously but the goal was called back by VAR. After hitting a dry spell, Son has scored two goals in his last three matches and is hopefully ready to catch fire again.
Moura – Striker
Lucas Moura is not a natural striker but he is a willing runner and dribbler. Moura’s willingness to get the ball, turn and attack the dribble typically causes problems for most defenses and gets the Spurs on the front foot. On Sunday Tottenham also need Moura to run after the lost causes and chase every ball and pressure every defender. When you simply need a strong effort, Moura is your guy and he is going to bring it.
Bale – Right wing
Sunday is a big, big opportunity for Gareth Bale. One of the reasons and rationale for bringing Bale back was so he could bring his experience winning titles to the team. Sunday will be the first opportunity for Bale to show that extra whatever he picked up at Madrid and help Tottenham get over the hump. If Spurs are going to beat Manchester City, they need big games all around, especially from Gareth Bale.
