Tottenham projected starting 11 for Crystal Palace

I feel like Jose should go all in on his newfound support of Dele and Bale. Both are showing signs of their vintage form, although the pair haven’t yet found the consistency the gaffer demands. At this point Jose has nothing to lose by playing the star four frontmen together for a second consecutive match.
While they didn’t have it all their own way against Fulham, Spurs enjoyed stretches of enterprising, free-flowing football in the first half. Harry Kane, who will definitely start on Sunday, missed a sitter from four yards out. Had he scored, like he usually does, we’d be talking about a dominant first half from Tottenham’s front foursome.
There is merit in resting Dele for this one, but I feel that decision would have a detrimental effect on the Englishman’s fragile confidence. Lucas or Lamela could get the nod, but Dele should be given another opportunity to shine.
He was unlucky not to be credited for Tottenham’s lone goal against Fulham. Rest assured, that moment will provide Dele with all the motivation he needs to end his year-and-a-half Premier League scoring drought.
