Kobe Bryant tragically passed away yesterday in a helicopter accident that also claimed the life of his 13-year-old daughter Gianna “Gigi”.

Nothing prepares you for this kind of utterly disconsolate news. The Laker legend was a down-to-earth, humble and respectful man. And he changed basketball forever.

Tottenham supporters, former and current players and coaches weighed in on the devastating news, both in mourning and in tribute of the lionized 41-year-old.

Yesterday’s tragic accident was a stark reminder of just how valuable, and vulnerable, life is. Those you imagine to be invincible, untouchable are, like us, mortal beings. He lived his life to the fullest every day, and will forever be remembered for his dedication, professionalism and unremitting devotion to basketball and his family.
