What is Tottenham’s best starting 11 without Harry Kane?

Tottenham’s best 11 in Kane’s absence
Son Heung-Min is best suited to espouse Kane’s lone striker role. He’s done it before with great success and has the attributes and skill set to commandeer proficiently the role. Dele Alli offers Son support in his advanced midfield role. Both players are crucial to Tottenham’s success.
Erik Lamela has proven himself worthy of claiming a starting spot. Lamela was one of Spurs best players before going down with another injury, and has impressed since returning over the festive period. He was particularly good yesterday against Middlesbrough, tell tale signs he is regaining confidence and is on the verge of returning to his pre-injury form.
Lucas Moura is a shoo-in for the starting team, which shows just how far he’s come since joining Spurs. Often a bit part player under Pochettino’s reign, Moura is one of Tottenham’s most consistent attacking threats.
Moussa Sissoko and Tanguy Ndombele start in central midfield. Eric Dier isn’t consistent enough and Harry Winks has struggled of late. Sissoko and Ndombele need to find a way to mesh together, as brilliant chemistry is essential to a midfield pairing’s success. While they are the best individuals for the two central midfield positions, I’m still dubious of whether they can enjoy a fruitful, mutually beneficial relationship in the same midfield.
If Ndombele doesn’t make a swift recovery, Dier will take his place as Spurs’ No. 6.
Mourinho might disagree, but Davinson Sanchez deserves a spot in the first team. For all his inexperience and rawness, Tottenham need a central defender with his athleticism, speed and agility.
