Tottenham team update and starting lineup for Middlesbrough

Option 2
Moura gets the nod up front, a more unlikely outcome. Son supports him centrally, while Giovani Lo Celso and Erik Lamela complete the front quartet. Lamela and Lo Celso are malleable, given the freedom to switch and overlap readily.
Eric Dier is back after a suffering a virus, though I wouldn’t be surprised to see Moussa start in his stead. Dier could probably use another week to rest and recover. Juan Foyth gets one more chance to prove his worth in his more natural right back position, with Aurier making way for the young Argentine.
Option 3
Dele gets a well deserved rest in Option 2 and 3. Mourinho cannot afford to lose Dele to fatigue or injury and will err on the side of caution with his attacking midfield superstar. Troy Parrot gets his first FA Cup start with Spurs up front. An FA Cup match at the Riverside presents a perfect opportunity for the teenager, who would benefit massively from some first team match time.
I’m not sure Mourinho will be open for making such a risk forward decision, especially with the heightened scrutiny surrounding the team.
Sissoko and Winks form the duo in midfield while Eriksen loses out to Lamela and Lo Celso. Moura also starts from the bench, leaving the creative responsibility to the Argentine compatriots. I’d love to see what the Argentinians can conjure up side by side in attacking midfield roles.
