The whole month will be leading up to this brutal test for Spurs. This is a must-win for Tottenham’s Champions League hopes. It is true that Tottenham will play Barcelona in December but Spurs should be setting their sights on second place in the group.

If Tottenham get 6 points out of PSV, a win against Inter would be a huge boost to their campaign. Their biggest game from now until the end of November could well be their hardest. The Italian giants have beaten the likes of Atletico Madrid and AC Milan so far this year.

Inter is a very experienced side with players like Radja Nainggolan, Ivan Perisic, and Mauro Icardi. However, some of Inter’s best players may still be injured by the time they face Tottenham. Inter Milan stated:

"“Radja Nainggolan… underwent clinical and instrumental tests this morning. The Inter midfielder’s condition will be reassessed in the coming weeks. There were, however, necessitated precautions for Marcelo Brozovic and Ivan Perisic, whose conditions will be evaluated day by day.”"

Perhaps Inter will not be at full strength and the Spurs will find their way through to the next round of the Champions League.
