It’s likely Navas will be made available by Madrid this summer, with the Madristas reportedly in the hunt for Jan Oblak and David De Gea.

This doesn’t take anything away from Navas. However, it’s something that’s part and parcel of being a Real Madrid player in the modern era.

Navas has been between the sticks for Madrid’s last two winning Champions League campaigns, and it’s this kind of experience that any team would die for.
