Betting Runner Interviews Tottenham Blog, Hotspur HQ
Betting Runner and Hotspur HQ conducted an email interview recently to discuss the blog itself, its writers and all things Tottenham related.
Hotspur HQ, a Tottenham blog on the FanSided Network was approached by Betting Runner this past weekend to conduct an email interview. The interview experience was unlike any other as these are typically done in either person (video or not) or over the phone.
While sending questions via email and getting the answers is more easier and quicker, it’s sometimes hard to explain how passionate a person can be when their answers are being read in your head (or aloud) rather than listening to it. Or at least, that’s one perspective.

In any event, here is the link to the interview with Hotspur HQ.
Due note that the answers were written well ahead of Sunday’s game against Manchester United, and while they were published today, they were sent out prior to the weekend being over. So keep that in mind!
And, there are some punctuation errors on the article that weren’t there when I wrote up my answers… so it’s a little messy.
If you want to check out Betting Runner’s website, here it is. And finally here is Ishanka Warna’s Twitter account. Ms. Warna was the kind lady who first reached out to Hotspur HQ on our Facebook page. and asked if she could do an interview.
There was a wide range of topics (10 questions) discussing things like how this specific Tottenham blog differs from other blogs around the internet as well as Tottenham’s chances of winning the Premier League title.
Overall, it was a good experience to shed some light on what goes on behind the scenes of one of FanSided’s most consistent football blogs since last June, leading up to the opening of the summer transfer window in July. And all the way to now in the month of April and another end to another season this May.
There have been many writers who have helped create Hotspur HQ and shared with all of you, the fans, another look into your favorite club since it’s early beginnings nearly five years ago. And although a good majority of the writers have since moved on, others have come in who share just as much passion as their predecessors.
The views might differ from person to person on certain subjects. Some articles might come off a bit biased towards Tottenham or even critical after a rough game, but that’s the beauty of writing about your favorite club. The fans have a say in what they truly believe is a good win or a bad loss.

That being said, there was only one person who was asked to represent Hotspur HQ during this email interview unfortunately. But rest assured, everything that was said is solely that person’s own opinions and viewpoints.
Which obviously doesn’t reflect the views of this blog or the FanSided Network as a whole.
While the interviewee has stated that he is quite new when it comes to being a Tottenham supporter, it should be noted that every fan starts off differently and how they choose a certain club.
And at the end of the day, so long as the people choosing football clubs can stick with their team through the good and bad times, while also being super passionate about them, then that should be the only thing that matters. Right?
And not being ridiculed or called out for being a bandwagon fan during a good season. Seeing as how that’s usually when people start noticing a team in the first place. When teams start doing good, so it’s quite normal.

In any event, please enjoy the interview that was linked above and hopefully continue to support Hotspur HQ as one of your regular websites to check out any Tottenham Hotspur related news articles.
Sometimes there may be two to three posts a day, sometimes four to five.
But as a whole, we — the writers — always aim to give you around 100 articles each month which is no easy task when it’s mostly done by two co-editors and a couple of other writers. Who, mind you, are all busy with their own personal lives as well.
