Current Spurs teammate, Érik Lamela gave Harry Kane a very big endorsement, following Tottenham’s 1-1 draw at the Emirates Stadium on November 8th:

"“He has exactly the same approach to life as he did when I first met him, long before he became the player he is now. He has never changed, always putting in the maximum.” “That is not the case with everyone whose career goes through the changes his has and in my opinion, that is worth gold. I like the way he conducts himself so I am really happy he is doing well and I am convinced he will continue to do so.” “He is a strong guy, he is always in the right place, he has ambition and he wants to win. That is very important.”"

Putting in maximum effort is a good way to describe what Harry Kane went through. He went through four loan spells, wants to win, puts in the hard work daily and conducts himself in a good manner which you can see during post-match interviews.

As a whole, he is revered by his teammates, his coaches and supporters alike. Kane is someone that everyone wants to do great not just because he’s a good talented individual, but because he’s worked hard to get to where he’s currently at and still continues to improve. A team-first player through and through.
