Tottenham Hotspur projected XI for Chelsea in the Premier League

Tottenham attack
Tottenham is going to have three players dedicated to the attack but not really all as forwards. Instead, expect Harry Kane at the tip of the spear in what is more of a 4-3-2-1 line-up.
Bryan Gil (AM) – Bryan Gil has played in both the #10 hole and out on the wing for Tottenham Hotspur and will be looking to do a bit of both on Sunday against Chelsea. If Gil can drop into pockets of space in front of Chelsea’s back three, he can likely sniff out some shot-creating passes. When Bryan is not looking to drop into the hole he should be planted firmly on the left touchline. Gil is still developing as a creative influence but is already a gifted winger. Keeping him wide as much as possible will help to keep Reece James deeper than he wants to be and stretch César Azpilicueta who may be the most susceptible of the Chelsea defenders one-on-one.
Harry Kane (CF) – After coming off early as a safety measure against Rennes and having not scored yet in the Premier League, Harry Kane will be anxious to get a goal on Sunday. Kane may have to do more running than he normally does offensively because, without Son, Bergwijn, and Lucas, Tottenham are short runners. Tottenham needs a huge game from Kane to win.
Dele Alli (AM) – The third player in the attacking trio up top for Tottenham is going to be Dele Alli. Dele will be looking to be opportunistic off the ball as both a runner and a defender. When Gil drops in the hole or Kane drops in the hole is going to need to be Dele running forward and providing a target to stretch the defence. Likewise, when Chelsea tries to pass out of the back it will be incumbent on Dele to help slow things down and even occasionally win the ball back in dangerous places to get the team some good scoring chances.
