Spurs players at his position: Harry Kane
Shilow Tracey is the one for Tottenham. This is the first, or should be the first player that Spurs sign in January. Even though Mauricio Pochettino needs reinforcements at the striker position, the club can’t not sign Shilow Tracey after already taking him on a U.S. tour with their Under-18 team and reaching the final in the IMG Cup in Florida.
With two goals in two appearances for Spurs’ youth team, he’s already starting off on a good note. And besides when you have Ebbsfleet United’s vice-chairman, Peter Varney, say that Shilow Tracey is a good fit for Tottenham, that automatically suggests that they’re willing to sell one of their highly-rated prospects to Spurs before other teams can act. Talk about being very generous.
“A number of Premier League clubs have come in for Shilow but we don’t want him to become a commodity, touted around,” Ebbsfleet vice-chairman Peter Varney told The Evening Standard. “If Tottenham decided to take him it would be a good fit, as he is a London boy. They wanted to take him on tour to have a closer look at him.”

Despite the young age and a major lack of Premier League experience, this shouldn’t prevent Tottenham from pulling the trigger and signing Shilow Tracey. If they feel hesitant about signing Tracey then they shouldn’t have signed Dele Alli who was also young and lacked Premier League experience too, coming from MK Dons.
