Tottenham Goal of the Season

1st: Sandro v Manchester United – 42%

The overwhelming winner from the goals nominated was Sandro’s strike against Manchester United which restored Tottenham’s advantage putting Spurs 2 – 1 ahead, only for United to equalise for a second time within 3 minutes.

A description of the goal from my match report:

After 53 minutes Sandro restored Spurs lead. He picked up the ball in midfield and charged forward, going past defenders and crashed a shot into the top corner.

2nd: Gylfi Sigurdsson v Hull City

A description of the goal from my match report:

Spurs were rewarded for their early efforts with an outstanding goal from Gylfi Sigurdsson after 15 minutes. Kyle Naughton cut in from the left and played a short pass to Sigurdsson who controlled the ball, turned and crashed home a shot of immense power from 30 yards. What a goal!

3rd: Christian Eriksen’s Free-kicks

Thank you for your contribution to the survey and look out for further reports on your response to the questions over the next week.
