Speaking to @SpursOfficial, Andre Villas-Boas who is expecting a tough game against Sunderland said,

They won against Manchester City, gave Chelsea a hard fight, so we expect it to be difficult. Ideally, if we can get something out of there, particularly a win, it would be a massive boost.

The Sunderland manager, former Tottenham player and assistant to Juande Ramos, said, that the Spurs players need time to come together as a team.

It’s really strange to change so many players and for them to gel together very quickly. If you start well and win three or four in a row, everything looks easy. But if not, there are doubts. To maintain consistency, you have to have a system of playing, but most of the time, you need six or seven months to sort it out. Spurs have got plenty of options now, but they need to adapt to the way they play and keeping everyone happy is not easy.
